Basic Qualifications: Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable. Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 8 years of related experience or a Master's STEM degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience, or a PhD and 4 years of experience, or 12 years of related experience instead of a degree may be considered Applicants must have a current active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs Java experience Experience working as part of an Agile team Familiarity with Java Spring Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker/Kubernetes Knowledge of server-side development and message passing Experience developing enterprise applications Flexibility and willingness to take on unanticipated tasks Use of common software development and management tools such as:
• Git Nexus JIRA Confluence Maven or Gradle Eclipse Understanding of standard system engineering design artifacts such as:
• Use Cases UML diagrams Command and control system application development Experience with message translation software Automated test and pipeline development experience Experience developing software for Unix/Linux and Windows platforms Experience with Software Integration testing, including developing automated test scripts Experience with Risk Management Framework/STIG/Fortify mitigation Prior experience designing and developing microservices and deploying with containers; experience setting up a container environment
Preferred Qualifications: Current and active in-scope DoD-issued TS/SCI clearance is highly desired DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) is highly desired

Salary Range: $124,+00 - $187,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
