About the Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Gantner India. As a key member of our product development centre, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs from concept to execution for desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Design clear and logical user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to define the structure and functionality of digital products.
• Maintain and evolve existing design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms.
• Ensure designs follow WCAG accessibility standards and UX best practices to create inclusive, user-friendly experiences.
• Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve design processes and user engagement.
Your Skills and Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-cantered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
