Job Description

Description

The Digital Product Manager will lead the end to end strategy, development, and optimization of digital banking products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. This role is responsible for defining product vision, creating user-centric roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including technology, UX, operations, risk, and compliance to deliver innovative digital solutions across web and mobile channels.

• Responsibilities aligned to Agile delivery, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and risk/compliance integration

• Less emphasis on enterprise wide product vision setting, and more on execution clarity, sprint planning, refinement, acceptance criteria, and KPI tracking within the Small Business domain

Preferred

• Experience with mobile banking, online account opening, money movement, payments, lending, or digital servicing platforms.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting digital banking (KYC, AML, ADA, FFIEC, etc.).

• Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Adobe, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud-based systems, or modern banking platforms.

Customer Experience & Research

• Lead customer discovery activities including interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and usability testing.

• Translate insights into product features that improve engagement, satisfaction, and digital adoption.

• Champion a customer-first approach across all product decisions.

Product Development & Delivery

• Own and refine product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver new digital capabilities.

• Manage an Agile development process, including prioritizing the product backlog and participating in sprint ceremonies.

• Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, security, and accessibility standards.

Performance Management

• Monitor product KPIs such as adoption, customer satisfaction, conversion, and operational efficiency.

• Use data-driven insights to optimize existing experiences and prioritize enhancements.

• Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and iterative improvements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business lines (retail, commercial, payments, wealth, etc.) to align product capabilities with business goals.

• Communicate product updates, timelines, and performance results to leadership.

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for assigned digital banking features.

Required
