Senior Production Officer – OSD Plant

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Officer for our OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Plant. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production activities related to Granulation, Compression, and Coating processes while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and execute Granulation, Compression, and Coating operations
• Ensure production activities comply with GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines
• Monitor process parameters and ensure batch records are completed accurately
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams
• Handle deviations, change controls, and troubleshooting during production
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and guide junior staff and operators
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc./ M.Sc. (or relevant qualification)
• Experience: 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in an OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
• Hands-on experience in Granulation, Compression, and Coating is mandatory
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
• Good understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Leadership and team-handling skills
• Problem-solving and documentation skills
