We are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our education team, focusing primarily on K-12 projects. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a Project Manager role, or as a strong Project Architect with exposure to project management on K-12 projects. The Project Manager will lead the design process through all project phases, ensuring effective and efficient team collaboration. This role involves coordinating scopes, communication plans, contracts, budgets, and schedules with both client and consultant groups. A deep understanding of design and construction, experience with large teams, client interfacing, and leading on-site activities are essential.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in the architecture industry

• Recent experience with K-12 education projects in a Project Manager role (or as a strong Project Architect with exposure to project management)

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture

• Architecture license required, preferably in the state of Colorado

• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts, MS Project (or similar), and Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar)

• Familiar with Revit/BIM 360, Miro, and Microsoft Teams

Work Environment:

This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring presence in the office or on client sites at least 3 days a week. The Denver office consists of about 20 people, and the education studio has about 8 people locally. This architecture firm is known for its passionate, collaborative, and unpretentious work culture. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Vacation PTO (based off of years of professional experience):

- New Graduate - 11 days

- 3 Years - 14 days

- 6 Years - 17 days

- 9 Years - 20 days

- Principals - 25 days

Sick Pay:

- Sick and Safety Leave accrues at the rate of 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked up to a maximum accrual of 80 hours

8 Paid Holidays:

- 5 standard holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day)

- 3 days of flex holiday time to use on designated flex holidays and one day of floating holiday time to use anytime
