Job description
We have an immediate need for "in-office" full time Senior Architect with exceptional creativity and superb technical knowledge. Must be proficient working in and managing all phases of the design process. Full understanding of western wood framing and construction for residential and commercial projects, how to assemble full sets of construction documents for submittal and manage the production staff. This includes working on schematic design, design development, construction drawings including site plans, foundation plans, floor plans, exterior elevations, electrical/HVAC/plumbing layout, cross sections, interior elevations, structural, etc.

Ability to work within a team environment. Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects and priorities at one time.

Fluent in using AutoCAD and Sketchup is mandatory. Experience with the use of Revit, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Acrobat Reader/Writer, PowerPoint, Word and Excel software is desired.

We are specifically looking for an in-house architectural Senior Architect proficient in AutoCAD. The person would be a full-time employee with the potential of ownership stock and ability to earn a flexible schedule.
