1. You will be responsible for the complete design development and execution of all Interocean offices, owned/leased on pan India basis (Architecture & Interior Designer).
2. You will supervise the ongoing and planned construction of all office premises.
3. You will be required to coordinate and manage various architects, structural engineers, interior designers, contractors and vendors for all the offices.
4. You will be responsible for constant monitoring of existing and upcoming projects for superior workmanship, cost effectiveness and strategic enhancement.
Eligibility:
1. Minimum Graduate:- B. Arch, M. Arch or Diploma (Arch.).
2. Should have extensive PMC experience of more than 12 Years.
3. Minimum Age: - 33 plus will be preferred.
4. Team Handling Experience.
5. Excellent Comm. skills.
6. Experience of handling Commercial, Corporate Offices, Residential projects execution to completion.
7. B.Tech (Civil) with PMC & Architecture, Interior Designing experience will be preferred only.

Salary: Maximum ₹7,80,000.00 to ₹8,00,000.00 per year
