Job Overview
As a Senior Project Manager at Adiz Marketing Solution LLP, you will lead complex marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with strategic business goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive the execution of innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, including digital campaigns, print materials, events, and more.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, strategy, and account teams to develop and implement project plans.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial targets are met.
Timeline Management: Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of project management experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
