Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzing RFPs, RFI, RFQs, ITB, and other similar solicitation documents.
• Preparing compliance matrix for addressing all dependencies, proposal submission format, RFP/response contents, forms, notaries, etc.
• Coordinating with various teams such as Development, Account Managers, and Pre-sales for procuring correct data.
• Preparing responses according to the assigned Proposal.
• Working collaboratively with seniors for response reviews, and gathering any other response-related content.
• Checking for compliance in regards to pricing, and technical responses.
• Sending submission instructions for Hard Copy proposals and/or submitting proposals via email or vendor portals
