Job Description for Sr. Purchase Executive
· Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
· Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
· Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers
· Take responsibility for material shipping and delivery schedule
· Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
· In charge of daily operational purchasing needs and planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders; delivery, shipment schedules, inventory management and dispatch.
· Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Must have basic knowledge in Tally
· Make GRN entries and other logistics related entries in Tally.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· B.Com or a related subject.
· Preferred 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
· Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent level of English essential
· Understanding of supply chain procedures
· Comfortable with Advanced Excel
· Knows Tally Basics.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
