1. Project Planning, Scheduling & Billing
2. Quality & Quantity surveying & BOQ preparation
3. Site Visits and Approvals
4. Progress monitoring and reporting to client
5. Certification & Processing Vendor bills
6. Verifying Raising Purchase requisition/ Indent / Rate Analysis
8. Pre and Post Budget Preparation
10. Preparation / verifying of Non-tender item BOQ / Variation Statements
12. Scrutiny Reports
13. Escalations
14. QS Site check upon bills and measurements
16. RA Bills and joint measurements
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Any Graduate
Preferred : Diploma / BE in Civil Engineers / Architecture
