We are looking to hire a Sr. R&D Executive, CTI Capability in our Home Care South Asia team based in Mumbai:
Background & Purpose of the Job
Position based in Mumbai R&D centre for Home Care South Asia Cluster Design Center (CDC). Scope of this position is home care R&D division, responsible for development and implementation of projects for South Asia business that includes India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka
Job Description
• Assist to build the product performance evaluation capabilities involves new method development for formulation screening, claim substantiation and demos.
• Assist to build the product appraisal/evaluation capabilities like automation of appraisal protocol, instrument development, validation of the new protocol to ensure repeatability and reproducibility.
• Planning, designing, executing, and reporting back the experiment for screening new formulations/technologies to input for product improvement projects.
• Data analysis, reporting and report writing to document and debrief the experiment with project teak, stakeholders.
• Co-ordinating with 3P, Vendors, Project team to drive capability projects
Key Interfaces
• Technical Project Leads, Formulators, Global/Regional colleagues, Regional CTI teams
Work Experience
• Around 3 to 5 years of experience working in R&D, Product Development.
• Preference to FMCG industry

• Good communication skills (verbal/written/presentation)
• Excellent influencing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Attention to detail and good analytical power.
• Aptitude for problem solving.
• Proven Project management skills
• Drive, energy to make a real contribution.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach
Educational Qualification
• Graduate, postgraduate in mechanical, chemical engineering
Organization Structure
• Reporting to Sr. R&D Manager
• Skip reporting to R&D Director
• No direct subordinates
