Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Night shift)
• Recruitment activities like candidate sourcing and screening and recruitment admin activities like CV Formatting, Job posting
• Negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
• Work in a Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, screening, negotiation, and resume formatting.
• Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Headhunting & Social Networking Sites.
• Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement
• Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
• Good Communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
