Sr. Recruitment Executive
Job description
Armakuni is looking to hire an excellent recruitment and talent acquisition executive to contribute to the next phase of growth of the company.
Role And Responsibilities
• Source candidates through various channels. Mainly through the Naukri platform and Linkedin.
• Do targeted headhunting for selected profiles through Linkedin and Emails
• Engage with the developer community on Linkedin
• Screen candidates with a comprehensive questionnaire
• Process candidates by following a strictly defined recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the recruitment manager and interviewer to speed up candidate processing.
Qualification
• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment with a minimum of 2 year in hiring developer positions.
• Very good understanding of different developer profiles related to web, mobile, and cloud development.
• Ability to understand the various background and environments a candidate comes from.
• Excellent effective communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and a team player at the same time.
