Responsibilities
Update current and design new recruiting procedures of our client
Responsible for END to END Recruitment
Supervise the recruiting team & Their Quality and report on its Delivery of Quality
Keep track of recruiting metrics & Quality of Delivery
Implement new sourcing methods
Review recruitment , Quality of Sourcing and suggest the best option for company needs
Research and choose job advertising options
Holding on Rejection & attrition Ratio
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve our employer & Company brand
Coordinate with Management to forecast future hiring needs / Improvement in Services /New Plan of Action / etc..
Participate in job fairs and...
