Job PurposeTo engage and build up relationship with the priority customers for retention, upsell, cross sell and referrals to achieve overall growth of the portfolio and revenue of the Branch. (Acquire new business for the branch)
Functional ResponsibilitiesEngage with the mapped customers for converting the account as the primary account of the customer. and maximizing revenue from the customerAct as a financial facilitator to the customerEnsure activation of alternate channel facilities and other value added services for Relationship CustomersRegularly analyze the account transactions, understand needs and assist to fulfill the banking needs of the customer.Ensure customer retention through constant engagement and personalized services.Be responsible for timely resolution of customer queries
