Family banking Penetration, Increase in PPC CTGEnsure activation of alternate channel facilities and other value added services for Relationship Customers
• Managing the portfolio of NRI Clients
• Focussing on customer engagement and deepening in terms of Book growth, fee income, PPC and CTG, penetration on Alternate Channels
• Advising the clients and channels for remittances, investment propositions
• One point contact for NRI Business for respective geography
