• Strong knowledge of the retirement plan sector, including IRAs.
• Demonstrated capability to up-sell and create new business opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strong focus on client engagement.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
