Renewal sales account rep will be is responsible for renewing contracts for Product for small, midsized to large enterprise customers for India region. Apart from contract renewal , the renewal sales account rep will need grow the contract base by expansion and upselling Premium support.

The Renewal sales rep will be primarily responsible for ensuring the target support renewal rate for existing small/medium/Enterprise-sized customers in their assigned territory. He/she needs to assure that all renewals are completed prior to expiration, passing leads up to Partner Sales Channel for additional service opportunities, and closing the loop for all customer interactions by providing education on the Support offering and scope. He/she will have to work with license team for upgrade/upsell opportunity and go for joint pursuit calls. As part of role you will be required to meet key stakeholders at customer account for face-to-face meeting. Work on risk mitigation plan and close plan.

Manage large accounts renewals and maintain / build relationships with business users and procurements and C-level mgt.

Focus on Govt and BFSI sector managing revenue of 3.5mn USD to 4.5 mn USD across 200+ contracts.
