Role Summary
HealthAsyst is a leading technology company based out of Bangalore India focusing on the US healthcare market with a product and services portfolio. The product division of HealthAsyst partners with leading EHR, PMS and RIS vendors to provide cutting-edge SaaS patient engagement solutions from small to very large provider group in the US market.
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within healthcare practices and hospitals in the US. This role will handle diligent outbound prospecting to assigned accounts via cold calling supplemented by email and social media outreach to schedule net-new meetings for the senior sales team. The Sales Development Representative should be able to articulate the product value proposition in a polite, interesting, and compelling manner. He/She should excel at cross coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identifying champions and key stakeholders within target accounts
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Cold call prospects day in and day out and supplement it with email and social media outreach
• Creating engaging and personalized email communications
• Setting qualified meetings for the Sales team
• Owning and exceeding monthly sales development targets
Critical Success Factors for the role
• Experience in pitching SaaS products in the US market is mandatory, healthcare experience would be great
• Proven record of excelling in the SDR role, ensuring a high volume of qualified opportunities are delivered to the sales team on a weekly and monthly basis
• Highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders informed on progress
• Discuss and execute on prospecting strategies with marketing and sales
• Naturally think on your feet in a conversation and can answer unexpected questions with ease
• Internal motivation and tenacity. "No" doesn't stop you - it only makes you think of other ways to go for the "Yes"
• You have a strong passion for sales and sales processes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening).
• Fast learner, Technology savvy and ability to learn the business context quickly
