Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

Responsible for handling Sales for flats/ shop/ plots.

Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the site/project.
Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.
Coordinating with various Banks for Project Approval for funding to clients and smooth disbursement.
Legal Technical Documentation Verification of new launch Project.
Actively participated in the unit sales planning and generated unit action plans for exceeding and achieving sales targets.
Prepared and gathered accurate reports on all sales-related activities.
Generated new business via outdoor/outbound marketing calls, local sales promotions, seminars, and presentations.
Gave justifications for deviations and waivers from standard pricing
Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post-closure relationship management
