Vertical:- Saral Loans-Marketing Branches Operations
• He will be Team Sales Manager of Kolkata, Howrah and adjoin area.
• Out of existing 6 sales executives in Kolkata location 4 will report to him.
• He will report to me w.r.t. daily sales activity, business promotion.
• He will set business strategy for his team to add new channel partners and customers.
• His productivity will depend on the performance of his team only.
• Beside main product viz. refinance he will be accountable for cross sale like KTS, KGI, GPA etc.
