We will count on you for
• Market Research and Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Proactive Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales prospects through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Client Engagement: Initiate and schedule meetings with potential clients, attentively listening to their requirements and addressing their concerns.
• Effective Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services tailored to meet client needs.
• Sales Reporting: Regularly create comprehensive reports containing sales and financial data for performance evaluation.
• Representation at Events: Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to expand our market presence.
• Negotiation and Issue Resolution: Skilfully negotiate and close deals while promptly addressing and resolving client complaints or grievances across all business sectors.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and various departments to optimize results and achieve collective goals.
• Market Awareness: Keep abreast of emerging market trends, shifts, and stay informed about competitor products and strategies.
• Customer Database Management: Develop and maintain a robust customer profile database to enhance client relationships and sales efforts.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the marketing team and management to develop and implement strategic plans, utilizing analytics and digital channels for effective product promotion.
• Client Engagement Activities: Strategically plan and organise engagement activities, workshops, and events at client premises to foster brand recognition and enhance business opportunities.
• Revenue Generation: Take responsibility for generating company revenue and achieving top-line growth by selling our core products and strategically cross-selling various other services and products offered by the company.

What we are looking for?
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Full time Under Graduate degree or above.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation .
• Technology sales experience person preferred.
