Job Description
Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for connecting with industry
leaders and decision-makers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the
challenge of reaching and engaging C-level executives? If so, we want you to join our " VIP
Relations" team at Crafting Dialogue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and target C-level executives from various industries for our upcoming events.
Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
Cultivate relationships with prospective attendees to showcase the value of our events and secure their participation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing
attendees/organizations, understanding their needs, promoting the value of
our events and securing their participation
Provide exceptional service to attendees/delegations, answering inquiries, and assisting with registration processes.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and project revenue targets
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align attendee
acquisition strategies with overall event objectives.
Track and manage attendee acquisition metrics, providing regular reports on progress and results to the management team.
Identify opportunities to enhance the attendee experience and tailor event
offerings to meet the needs of C-level participants.
Requirements
Proven 1-3 years experience in lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing
relationships, sales closure in a B2B setting.
Strong cold-calling skills with a persuasive and engaging communication style.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, especially when promoting paid ticket options.
