Full Job Description
This role effectively develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive sales and account acquisition.
You will play a critical role in building and executing lifecycle strategy campaigns and marketing automation programs in support of personalized treatments across channels and customer segments
Build CRM programs across key customer segments with a focus on email marketing and marketing automation using PipeDrive
Assist with email content and design development. Write creative briefs and work closely with Creative and Content team to manage end-to-end production.
Build and execute email marketing and marketing automation programs in PipeDrive.
Build landing pages, forms, and email templates in Constant Contact & PipeDrive
Work closely with the sales team on PipeDrive to ensure data integrity.
Design and build processes in PipeDrive for marketing automation including workflows, A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, dynamic content and triggered events.
Ensure privacy compliance standards are met at a global consideration per the direction of B3’s legal team. (i.e. CCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Monitor and optimize to maintain high deliverability, data hygiene, and channel health.
Develop sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze sales data and measure results of team
Create and manage B3 service descriptions for online marketplace platforms (i.e. Clutch, Reviews.io, etc)
Pioneer and create new opportunities via LinkedIn Navigator, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales
Build trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a social listening & social research reporting supplier
Become immersed and educated in all aspects of digital analytics, social media research and PREDICTIVE reporting
Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major competitors.
Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information
Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best proposal to prospective clients
Job Qualifications:
An Ideal candidate would:
More than 3 years CRM, SALES and MARKETING AUTOMATION experience.
Experience with creating email templates/landing pages for automated campaigns, preferably in consumer or SMB space.
Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
Ability to influence and interact with senior management
Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
Experience with digital marketing and online sales systems/processes
Prior experience with LinkedIn Navigator & PipeDrive is preferred
Superior verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus
Actively listens and participates within a team environment
Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs
Google Suite
Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, or related field.
