Sr. Sales Support Executive- T&W Operations - Your next position?
As the Senior Sales Support Executive, you will be mainly responsible to provide sales support to the Commercial teams, including supporting the KAM's in managing their customers, providing regular reporting and re-sponding to customer sales enquiries.
In this role, you will be based in Mumbai and directly report to the Commercial Director, South Asia, T&W.

In this position you will :
• Proactively assist the Sales Managers and KAM’s in the sales process and to ensure systems are updated in a timely manner. e.g While coordinating assigned projects, all communications using ATLAS tool.
• Manage Distributor requests
• Follow up on regulatory documentation requests (Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, Regulatory Specs, Halal & Kosher certifications, AQIS Certificates).
• Follow up pricing requests, prepare Pricing Confirmation letters for KAM review and authorization.
• Prepare Product Information letters for sales and technical (Application technique and suggested dos-age)
• Manage sales dashboard throughout the MIS to the Sales team on a periodic basis.
• Customer and product master data maintenance (CDM, CPM, )
• Customer meeting preparation including innovation/inspiration days (Materials eg cups/spoons, tasting sheets, presentation materials)
• Follow reasonable direction of the Company and to represent the Company's standard of ethics and val-ues.
• Participate in ensuring the workplace is a healthy and safe environment to work in.

Your Professional Profile Includes:
• A relevant degree in Science preferably with 3+ years of Sales Support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience in the Fragrance/Flavour or FMCG industry is desirable.
• Team working and co-operation
• Planning and organising daily activities
• Dynamic, self-starter and action oriented
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Curious and customer centric
• Ability to interpret findings and make recommendations based on results.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• A detail-oriented individual, who is able to effectively contribute to a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English
