Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Architect data models, automation, and integrations across Salesforce and external systems
Manage and optimize workflows, Process Builder, Flows, validation rules, and Apex (as needed)
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and governance practices
Oversee system integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools
Lead system upgrades, releases, and deployments following best practices
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
2+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture or Solution Design
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Experience with Lightning Experience and Salesforce data model design
Hands-on experience with Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations
Solid understanding of security models and data governance
