Position: Senior SEO Specialist
Experience Level: 3-5 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and executing advanced search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance the online visibility of our website. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO principles, advanced technical knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases.
Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and website content, to maximize search engine visibility and user experience.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, crawlability, and indexability.
Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations, such as website speed optimization, mobile optimization, and structured data implementation.
Plan and execute advanced off-page optimization activities, including link building campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content promotion strategies.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and web analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement metrics.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities, industry trends, and best practices.
Provide strategic recommendations for website architecture, content optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments, and implement them into strategies and campaigns.
Lead SEO projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing managers.
Prepare comprehensive SEO performance reports and present key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of 3-5 years in planning and executing successful SEO campaigns, resulting in improved organic rankings and traffic.
Expert-level knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in using advanced SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Strong technical SEO skills, including website crawling, indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup.
Experience in conducting advanced SEO audits and implementing technical recommendations.
Advanced understanding of link building strategies, outreach techniques, and content promotion.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
Experience with e-commerce SEO and knowledge of SEO for various content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
