Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Senior SEO Analyst with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, be data-driven, and capable of leading SEO initiatives that improve visibility, traffic, and conversions for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals.
Advanced Keyword Research: Identify high-impact keywords using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest, and map them to user intent.
On-Page Optimization: Oversee technical and content-driven on-page SEO improvements, including meta-data, headings, schema, and URL optimization.
Off-Page & Link Building: Drive authority through strategic link-building campaigns, digital PR, and content partnerships.
Local SEO Management: Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, local citations, and hyperlocal content strategies.
AI-Powered SEO: Leverage AI tools for keyword clustering, content optimization, predictive search trends, and competitive analysis.
Technical SEO: Conduct audits, resolve crawl issues, implement structured data, improve Core Web Vitals, and enhance indexability.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze SEO KPIs, traffic trends, and conversion data using GA4, Google Search Console, and Data Studio.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with writers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.
Team Mentoring: Support and mentor junior SEO analysts, review their work, and ensure project deadlines are met.
Client Communication: Participate in client calls, provide SEO performance updates, and present growth recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
Proven success in planning and executing organic growth campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google’s algorithm updates, E-E-A-T, and SERP features.
Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Expertise in Local SEO and managing multiple Google Business Profiles.
Good understanding of HTML/CSS, website architecture, and schema markup.
Knowledge of AI SEO tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, reporting, and team coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients or projects.
