Job Description:
• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, he will significantly enhance the cost-effectiveness and machine reliability for operation.
• Report gathering from various sources like DSR, Backlogs, etc and making data available at single platform in proper way.
• Investigating failures to identify root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve Machine reliability.
• Identifying potential risks related to machine reliability and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Conducting FMEA to systematically evaluate potential failure modes and their effects on machine performance and safety at Site.
• Implementing measures to monitor and control the quality of Maintenance, Daily Checks, Audit and Overhauling to ensure machine reliability.
• Working with planning, logistic and site team to ensure that components or materials meet reliability and quality standards.
• Implementing predictive maintenance strategies to monitor equipment health and prevent unplanned downtime due to equipment failures.
• Monitoring machine reliability metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Identifying inefficiencies in maintenance processes and implementing improvements to enhance reliability.
• Gathering feedback from customers regarding product reliability and performance and using this feedback to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Providing technical support to Team regarding reliability-related issues and troubleshooting product failures with support with Technical Team from PC. 13. Ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and standards related to reliability, safety, and quality.
• Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on reliability principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Facilitating knowledge sharing among team members and across departments to foster a culture of reliability excellence.
Qualification, Skills and Experience:
• BE/Deploma in Mechanical/Electrical 5 to 8 years’ experience with exposure of Underground mines in a similar role.
• Well Experience with SHE standard and guidelines.
• Technical Competent on HEMM Underground machinery.
• Having good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with strong presentation skills.
• Skills in Power BI include data modelling, creating calculated measures, and designing compelling visualizations using various chart types and custom visuals, create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations and sharing insights that facilitate data exploration and decision-making.
• Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to Detail, Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability, Critical Thinking, Time Management, Problem Ownership, Risk Management, Customer Focus.
• Exposure to Failure Analysis (FMEA & RCA), Reliability and Sustainability Engineering.
• Understanding and applying reliability metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and failure rate analysis.
