Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - AWS to develop next-generation technologies and platform features. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of bringing creative technical solutions to life as a core contributor. In this role, you will harness your creativity to design solutions that balance reliability, scalability, and automation, employ curiosity to dive deep into complex systems, and embrace constant innovation in creating bespoke solutions.

Work Timings : 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
Responsibilities:
• Standardize and modernize Amazon EKS platforms and AWS Serverless Suites, including cutting-edge AWS Managed Services.
• Identify and implement methodologies to enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Provide expertise and hands-on implementation of large-scale, mission-critical Kubernetes workloads with high resiliency and multi-region architecture.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, shift-left environment with evolving priorities.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks at scale to streamline procedures.
• Collaborate with application delivery teams to design and build scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Develop governance, consumption, and performance baselines to ensure efficient, secure, and zero-downtime operation of cloud-based applications.
• Manage reliability incident processes, root cause analysis, and runbook development.
• Instill standardization in DevOps processes across a diverse range of applications.
Requirements:
• Atleast 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Services.
• Deep understanding of high-velocity SDLC best practices, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure/application monitoring at scale.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS CDK, Lambda, API Gateway, Route53, S3, EC2, Load Balancing, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, Networking, IoT, SQS, EventBridge, etc.
• Proven ability to solve and troubleshoot high-volume distributed applications on AWS.
• Strong collaboration skills with a track record of building effective relationships with development teams.
• Solid software development experience with microservices architecture and fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Proficiency with observability and tracing platforms such as New Relic, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack.
• Strong background in deploying, configuring, and debugging distributed systems.
• Ability to identify and support continuous improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Effective communication skills and comfort working with individuals at all levels.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to knowledge sharing and learning.
At least one of the following certifications:
• AWS Solution Architect Associate
• AWS Solution Architect Professional
• AWS Developer Associate
• AWS DevOps Professional
• Any Kubernetes Certification
