Job Overview

The Sr Site Supervisor Blasting Painting at ARYA INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS is a full-time senior-level position responsible for overseeing blasting and painting operations at multiple locations including Panagarh, Bhavnagar, Bharuch, Panipat, Mundra, and Baran. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of experience in similar roles, focusing on project management, quality control, and construction safety.

Qualifications And Skills
• Project Management (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Site Safety: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety procedures on sites.
• Quality Control: Expertise in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and the ability to conduct inspections and audits.
• Blasting Techniques: Familiarity with blasting processes, tools, and equipment used in industrial settings.
• Painting Techniques: Understanding of various industrial painting methods and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively.
• Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify problems on-site and develop solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Microsoft Office and Email: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communications for project management and reporting.

• Oversee the blasting and painting operations across assigned job sites to ensure efficient and safe execution.
• Manage site supervisors and teams, providing guidance and support to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule work, ensuring all resources are available and optimized.
• Evaluate the quality of work performed and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all site activities and provide updates to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly, using strong analytical skills and industry knowledge to minimize downtime.
