Senior Software Developer – Computer Vision Platform

As we dive into Computer Vision-powered applications to revolutionize how EVs interact with their environments, we’re looking for a passionate and versatile Senior Software Developer to join our growing tech team. This isn’t your typical software engineering role. You won’t be building AI models — you’ll be the engineer who builds the product around those models. Working closely with our team of data scientists and computer vision researchers, you’ll be responsible for developing the systems and interfaces that bring machine learning to life. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Design and develop full-stack web applications that integrate computer vision models into production-ready products. Build backend services in Node.js and TypeScript, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Develop rich, responsive frontend experiences using React.js — think clean UI, real-time feedback, and visualization of model output. Work with MongoDB and other data stores to manage structured and unstructured data. Integrate with internal APIs, third-party platforms, and cloud-hosted ML services. Collaborate daily with data scientists and ML engineers to bring their models into deployment environments. Help shape the architecture and infrastructure for scalable deployment of CV-based systems — a plus if you’ve worked with cloud-native services (AWS).
What We’re Looking For (Preferred Qualifications) 4+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally building and scaling full-stack applications. Solid experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, and MongoDB. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure — even better if you've worked on deployment pipelines or microservice architecture. Familiarity with TensorFlow, OpenCV, or other model-serving frameworks. You don’t need to train models, but you should understand how to work with them. Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, Docker containers, and CI/CD tools. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and ML engineers. Startup mindset: you’re resourceful, pragmatic, and don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do. Bonus if you've dabbled in IoT, worked with camera/sensor data, or explored AR/VR/web-based CV visualization. A portfolio, GitHub, or project that shows what you’ve built is always appreciated.
