Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our SAAS (Software as a Service) application, with a focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in C#, .NET, and SAAS application development, along with expertise in ERP systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions that meet our customers' business needs.
Responsibilities:
Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# and the .NET framework. Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the application.
SAAS Application Development: Contribute to the development of our SAAS application, with a focus on building robust and scalable features that meet customer requirements. Implement enhancements and new functionalities based on product roadmap and customer feedback.
ERP Development: Utilize your expertise in ERP systems to design and develop ERP modules and integrations. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into efficient software solutions.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and ensure seamless integration of software components. Participate in cross-functional discussions to contribute to product planning and strategy.
Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve complex software issues reported by customers or identified during testing. Conduct thorough debugging, root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Conduct profiling and performance testing to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API documentation. Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible to the development team and other stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development. Conduct research and propose innovative solutions to enhance our SAAS application and ERP capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer with expertise in C# and the .NET framework.
Strong experience in developing SAAS applications, preferably in an ERP context.
Proficiency in ERP development and customization, with experience in modules such as finance, inventory, procurement, or sales.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is desirable.
Knowledge of database systems and SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing database schemas.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
