Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, MIS, or Computer Science
Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and languages (i.e., Visual Studio, TFS, C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, CSS3, Entity Framework, HTML5)
At least fourteen (14) years of experience in a software programmer/developer role of which 3 years must be in an agile environment
Experience leading a small team
Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures
Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and prioritization skill
Demonstrate critical attention to detail and deadlines, and are self-motivated;
Ability to adapt to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Requirements
