Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, MIS, or Computer Science
Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and languages (i.e., Visual Studio, TFS, C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, CSS3, Entity Framework, HTML5)
At least fourteen (14) years of experience in a software programmer/developer role of which 3 years must be in an agile environment
Experience leading a small team
Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures
Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and prioritization skill
Demonstrate critical attention to detail and deadlines, and are self-motivated;
Ability to adapt to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

NET web applications with Sitecore along with backend RESTful services
Understand and follow best practices for delivery of consumer products
Understanding of importance of maintainable / sustainable product solutions
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects through collaboration and monitoring application performance
Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts in defining and analyzing requirements and outline proposed technology solutions
Participate and provide subject matter expertise in web product design working closely with creative and business teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience
Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of new software programs and applications
Accountable for uptime and high-availability for products supported
Deliver solutions in an Agile - Scrum project methodology
Learning new technologies when required
