Relevant Experience: 10+ Years (Sr Developer) - 50% PST support needed.

Shift Timings - Night (50% PST support is a must)

Currently our processes are running in Alteryx say are batch processed and have Teradata as base table. We will be converting them from Alteryx to Azure (Data Factory, Data flow) build data bricks/data factory. They typical skill set such as Python/Scala programming language knowledge will be needed.
The intent is to get data to azure data lake and send to snowflake as a single store of postpaid for revenue for JE, further used in Cube, Machine Learning etc. The information is about Revenue and we are partnered with other teams that produces cubes for accounting and finance. They currently pull data from SQL, Alteryx and build cubes. We will also do data comparison and build data lakes.
Required Skills & Experience
.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Azure Cloud.
.2+ years of hands-on development experience working with Snowflake - Data Modeling, Snow pipes, performance tuning, cache, and micro-Partitioning.
.Strong understanding of Snowflake system and architecture
.Strong understanding of Snowflake schemas/tables/views/stages etc
.Must have experience in working in either a migration or development project using Snowflake in Azure
.Should have experience with Teradata to Snowflake migration projects.
.Strong development experience in Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks.
.Extensive experience in creating Data Flows and Flowlets in Data Factory.
.Excellent knowledge of SQL or Oracle
.Build low level design for application development based on the high-level architecture.
.Adept at translating customer requirements into technical specifications and support UAT and functional testing
.Create technical solution design and unit test cases.
.Have experience in implementing and supporting the environment strategy and ensure code is present in testing environments.
Good to have Skills
.Understand the Agile methodology and have worked on a Scrum team with an experience in using JIRA tools.
.Experience working on large project(s) incorporating processes and procedures and standards.
Interpersonal Skills
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.
.Strong analytical background
.Creativity, self-confidence and flexibility
