Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M.Tech
Skill Requirement :
Strong knowledge of .NET framework
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
Proficient in C#, Windows Desktop and Windows Presentation Foundation with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
Familiarity with Installshield, MS Access and Microsoft SQL Server
Ability to define project architecture and write clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN)
Should be open to learn new technology or framework
Work experience on desktop automation will be a plus point
Ability to create and maintain project status
Good command over written and verbal communication skills
Role & Responsibilities :
Translate requirements and use cases into functional applications
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Code review & feedback to team members
