The Role: Software Development Leader
We're looking for software development leaders who share our passion for continuously improving the customer experience, who are motivated by challenging problems in distributed systems, algorithms, and who love writing great code.
You'll be responsible for the overall development life cycle of software solutions and work across multiple engineering teams to achieve business outcomes
Shepherd our architecture and develop exceptional technical designs and approaches for new product development.
Assure that the org's designs meet requirements, delivering high-quality work that makes tradeoffs with resources and schedules
Provide scoping and prioritization recommendations for projects and features, act as the team's interface to partners, and be the face of the org
Mentor engineers in the org and set an example for culture.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
