The Opportunity:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain Highly Scalable, Distributed and Cloud enabled Open Text Documentum Applications product suite with direct customer impact. Work closely with cross-functional teams within OpenText and partner with key stakeholders.
You are great at:
Proficiency in Java development
Strong in postgre database and query tuning and performance
Experience in Java performance tuning and optimizations
Work closely with the architecture group to validate overall performance design decisions.
Support customers on key escalations specially on performance on cloud/off cloud deployments
Contributing to performance management of the products for new innovations and sustenance.
What it takes:
Minimum of 5 to 8 or more years of software development experience
MS/BS in CS or equivalent.
Proficiency in Java and postgres database
Quick learner with strong technical and analytical (problem solving) skills.
Strong knowledge of Object-oriented programming
Good Performance Design skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fair knowledge of Agile Development Process
Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure/experience on performance tools like Loadrunner/JMeter etc.
Experience with OpenText Documentum Product Stack specially Documentum D2 and Life science solutions
Exposure/Experience on cloud hyperscalers like GCP/AWS/Azure
