Molex is offering a highly visible role for a Senior Software Engineer, and you will be supporting solutions for the data services industry, influence next generation active cable design in QSFP and OSFP platforms using innovative PHY chips in coordination with signal integrity designers and hardware engineers. You will be architecting, evaluating, and validating and/or designing real-time firmware.
You will also work closely with our Hyperscale customers and marketing teams to understand the customer's application needs and translate them into best-in-class winning solutions. You may also spend firsthand time in Molex lab facilities and delivering innovative development solutions that support our products and drive revenue.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience with optical pluggable modules like SFP or QSFP and CMIS.
Have a Master's in computer science.
Have CCNA certification.
What Will Put You Ahead
Strong experience in C, Python, and data structures.
good understanding in SONIC/SAI network operating systems.
Good knowledge of networking protocols and topologies.
Good understanding of networking hardware architecture and concepts.
Must be proficient in writing solid UT test cases.
Have a Bachelors in computer science or equivalent combination of education.
Exposure to Marvell and Broadcom APIs.
