Sr Software Engineer (Angular)

We are looking for individuals who love to code and want to build amazing products for a global market. HYBRID – This role will be based out of The Leela Office located on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore- 560008. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Your work tasks / responsibilities Design and develop state of the art, modern, high performing web application frontend. You are part of an agile development team, the 12 principles of the “agile manifesto” guide you during SAAS components development. Review of feature documentation and assisting the team in breaking down all features into stories for the team backlog. Analyze business problems, design solutions, and develop modern web applications, follow best coding practices like code review, unit tests etc. Ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements of existing systems and platforms. Creation and maintenance of technical specifications. Active participation in the implementation, operation and troubleshooting of new cloud-based and cloud-hosted services. Active participation in building and improving our continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD). Participation (virtual or in person) in planning meetings for coordination between the Scrum teams. Participation in the continuous improvement of our Agile and DevOps culture and engineering best practices. Monitoring system performance and creation of highly scalable and operable systems. Independent and joint development of solutions for complex problems. Minimum Qualifications Degree in computer science or comparable qualification and 5+ years professional experience as frontend software engineer. Expert in writing angular components, and modules. Good understanding of web application development, build and deployment. Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Angular and Typescript for SaaS based application or related functions. Good understanding in development, unit test creation with JavaScript and Typescript. Good understanding of modern user interface frameworks such as material UI. Collaborative working habits that accelerate the team. Very good spoken and written English (minimum C1 / C2 desired) Practical experience in the application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) Responsible, independent, and solution-oriented working style that is based on an overall understanding of the respective problems Preferred Qualifications Experience in developing enterprise scale, multi-user applications in Angular. Solid understanding of designing and optimizing frontend/presentation layer for large scale usage. Experience in creating integration tests in Microsoft Playwright.
