Replacement hiring for offshore, PID: +4, NNA AMO COE SAP & PeopleSoft, Requested by: Ramesh Sundaram(232225) Technical Skillset (Mandatory) PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft NA Payroll /Global payroll. People Tools, SQR, Integration broker, Oracle SQL. Technical Skillset (Optional) Role and Responsibilities i. Should involve in design and development of PeopleSoft interfaces within North American payroll /HR modules. ii. Working with clients to understand their technical needs, made suggestions as to how they could best be implemented and helped plan future projects. iii. Involve in Analysis of Delivered/Custom Application Engines. iv. Prepare test plans and writing test cases as per the Business Specifications v. Involve in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. vi. Generate reports by using PS Queries as per client requirement. vii. Should Manage testing phases: Unit, System/Integration, Acceptance Testing, and Performance Testing. viii Should involve in resolving various North American payroll /HR functional issues. ix. Should involve in PeopleCode customization to incorporate Business changes and new requirements. Project Specific requirement (if any): ex: shift details a. 2nd Shift working in US timing.(1 to 10 pm IST) b. Data oriented personality, good communication skills, and an excellent eye for details. Relevant Experience required a. 5 8 years PeopleSoft Development experience as techno functional consultant. b. Technical Expertise in People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layout, PS Query, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, Web services c. Should have good knowledge on HCM +.2. d. Should have good communication, problem solving skills
