Job Description
Data modeling and design experience. The ability to work with Business and IT experts to organize and populate data warehouses with the correct structure to meet data and reporting needs. Knowledge of data catalog tools like Alation.
Analyse business needs, profiles large data sets, and builds custom data models
Works with end users to gather requirements and document proposed solutions
Explores and prototypes new solutions
Estimates timing and delivers results in a high paced work environment
Solid enterprise IT understanding (Firewalls, Active Directory etc.)
Knowledge of applications troubleshooting, debugging
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Communicates effectively with end users, development team, and management
Good knowledge of Windows VM servers
