Job Description
Senior Software Engineers (SSEs) will develop software solutions by studying system requirements, designing, developing, and installing software solutions. SSEs will collectively work with internal teams and vendors to develop solutions. The key attributes needed to be successful in this role are Problem-Solving, Sharp Learning abilities, Challenging Status Quo, Working in a team environment, Technical prowess, and Clear Communication.
Responsibilities:
Strong OOPS (Object Oriented Programming) concepts
Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, ASP.NET, .NET MVC, .NET Core)
Knowledge of Design Patterns and REST/RPC APIs
Knowledge of SDLC and AGILE methodologies and project life cycle
Develop high-quality software design and architecture
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
Review and debug code
Knowledge on Front End technology would be added advantage (Angular / React)
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
Reporting on project activities and ensuring timely completion of projects / assignments
Guiding team members, supervising their work and helping them grow in technical skills
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skill
Excellent Communication Skills
