Roles & Responsibilities
Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure with a focus on enterprise legal management
Proficiency in Java, J2EE Backend technical stack
Core skills in development, defining & deliver microservices, API
Work with product line leaders and architects to develop multi generation software technology plan
Translate requirements into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, delivering object oriented, reusable components.
Work cross functional teams with other business departments to align activities and deliverables
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
Provide technical leadership to the team
Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques
Establish or Maintain CI/CD pipeline, DevOps model as applicable.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience or master’s degree in Computer Science with minimum 6+ Years of relevant experience

ONIT Batch Interface / ESB / Webservice Calls & Message Queues
Java/J2EE, Full Stack / Angular / Spring boot development experience
ONIT – Liquid Programming
Technical Expertise
Experience or knowledge in JavaScript/ Python and Liquid programming

Familiarity with ONIT Platform – Liquid Programming
Expert Knowledge on Restful APIs
Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming
Ability to develop & maintain batch Interface / ESB / Webservice Calls & Message Queues
Knowledge in databases (Mysql)
Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming

Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
Demonstrates awareness about competitors and industry trends
