Sr Software Engineer – Java, Spring, Spring boot, Microservices Role – E2 Location: Gurgaon Types of work: WFO Client: Airtel Payment bank Experience: · 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java8+ · 2+ years of hands on experience in microservices using Spring & Spring boot · Hands on experience in Kafka/RabbitMQ/etc. · Working knowledge of Hibernate/JPA. · Experience with RDBMS preferably Oracle. Core Skill – · Excellent programming skills · Understanding of the most commonly used Deigns patterns. · Develop scalable, highly available, and reliable systems with high throughput in the thousands of requests per second with low latency. · Basic understanding of any of the caching solutions e.g. Redis/Aerospike/etc. · Basic understanding of ELK, Kibana & Grafana. · Adept in writing test cases using JUNIT · Any NoSql DB knowledge is good to have. · Collaborate with business and tech partners across functions to come up with technology solutions to business problems. · Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional and technical design/architecture, development, testing, release, and support. · Resolve complex problems by utilising the right development methodologies, producing scalable, flexible, efficient, and maintainable solutions using appropriate technologies · Maintain, monitor, and improve our solutions and systems with a focus on service excellence; apply industry standards and new technologies to improve productivity, quality, and system performance. · Produce documentation & status updates to keep partners & team members abreast of solutions, and proposed architecture. · Own the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) while utilising Agile methodologies. · Excellent oral and communication skills
