The Opportunity:
Opentext is looking for a full-time Senior Systems Engineer to join our development team to support the continued development of our NDR Analytics platform.
You Are Great At:
• Clearly communicating and collaborating with others
• Finding different ways of solving a problem
• Taking an idea from concept to a feature
• Iterative process refinement through automation, normalization, and context management
What it Takes:
• 3+ years of strong and demonstrable knowledge of Linux Bash shell scripting
• 3+ years of strong and demonstrable knowledge of Python scripting
• Strong and demonstrable knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, TLS
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Experience with vSphere administration
• Ability to work independently and deliver on time
Bonus Skillset:
• Experience developing and deploying large scale Elasticsearch systems
• Development experience with C++, Golang, or JavaScript
• Experience with Suricata and Zeek traffic analyzers
• Experience with various CSP cloud APIs
• Experience with Jenkins
