About the Job
Featured We are looking for a Sr Azure DevOps Lead Engineer to join our team and lead our DevOps program for enterprise solutions. As a Sr Azure DevOps Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and driving our DevOps strategy and ensuring that our development, testing, and deployment processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable. Core Responsibilities
• Define and implement our DevOps strategy for enterprise solutions using Azure DevOps.
• Work with the development team to integrate DevOps practices into our software development lifecycle.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure fast and reliable releases.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our DevOps processes.
• Lead the training and development of the DevOps team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support our enterprise solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization on DevOps and Azure cloud solutions.
Required Skills
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud services, and Azure resource management.
• Experience automating build, test, and deployment processes using tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure ARM Templates.
• Lead and manage Azure DevOps services, including source control, build, and release pipelines.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and principles, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Automate software deployment, testing, and monitoring processes using Azure DevOps tools.
• Ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
• B-Tech or M-Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 7+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
• Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification is a plus
