Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, Development, Implementation, Customization and Support of Oracle E-Business Suite 11i/R12.
2. Extensive working experience on RICE components like Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions (Forms).
3. Good working experience in the technical aspects of GL, AP, PO, AR and FA modules.
4. Provide technical and functional expertise for Oracle, SAP Ariba P2P and Concur Modules/Cloud apps.
5. Proficient in development and customization of Programs to achieve business requirements using SQL and PL/SQL
6. Having good experience in Other Utilities like TOAD, SQL LOADER, SQLPLUS and UTL_FILE.
7. Liaise with internal business (such as finance, sourcing, internal audit) and IT groups such as database administration, infrastructure support, development) in performing support activities, system configuration and standard Oracle functionality analysis for enhancement requests.
8. Identify root causes of problems as they arise and propose effective solutions in a timely manner.
+. Mentor and train team members on Oracle/SAP Ariba P2P,Concur cloud technologies and best practices.
10. Lead and/or support a wide variety of assigned projects/tasks.
11. Expertise on building out support processes and procedures a plus.
12. Looking for a candidate that is an expert in Oracle and Ariba P2P.
13. Proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate ideas for process improvements and training needs both for applications usage by customers as well as for internal processes and skills enhancement.
14. Work with concern teams on the critical requests and resolve it to closure.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
3 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Solid knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Languages such as JAVA, C#, as well as SQL and XML. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in working with Python.
Experience in developing REST or SOAP APIs
Strong knowledge in database technologies: Oracle, MySQL or NoSQL
• Strong knowledge in SDLC. Experience working in an Agile and Test-Driven Development environment. • Knowledge of underlying integrations between applications, technology processes and interface testing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with management and Business partners.
Driven and self-motivated. Work creatively to solve challenging problems. Multi-tasking ability essential to handle multiple priorities with minimal direction from management
Demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, strong attention to detail, team oriented, energetic, collaborative and flexible style.
Preferred Qualification:
5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or 3 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Experience in SAP cloud applications (Ariba and Concur)
Experience in Oracle Applications ERP (R12)
Experience in adhoc query tools (Toad, SQL Developer etc)
Experience in API Management tools like Azure, Apigee, Dell Boomi etc
Experience in middleware tools.
